Oletko aina halunnut kokea kansallispuistojen rauhan? Entäpä mahdollisuus tutustua politiikan tutkijoihin tai kauppatieteilijöihin? Vai haluatko unohtumattoman vaelluskokemuksen? Nyt siihen aukeaa jälleen mahdollisuus syysvalluksen merkeissä!

Staabi matkaa yhdessä Iltakoulun ja Boomin kanssa Repoveden kansallispuistoon 19-20.9. Matka alkaa hyppäämällä bussiin klo 7.00 Tampere-talon edustalta ja vaellus on tarkoitus aloittaa klo 12 mennessä. Suunniteltu reitti on n.15-20 kilometriä, eli vaellusta tulee mukavasti, mutta tauot ja tahti pidetään kaikille sopivina.

Vaelluksen jälkeen suuntaamme bussilla majoitukseen, josta löytyvät huoneet 3-4 hengen porukoille sekä mahdollisuus saunoa ja peseytyä! Myös aamiainen kuuluu majoitukseen, jonka jälkeen matkaamme takaisin tampereelle 20.9 iltapäivään mennessä. Majoituksessa illalla tarjolla grillattavaa ym. syömistä, mutta vaelluksen/bussimatkan eväät ovat omakustanteiset. Matkalla pysähdymme ainakin kerran, jolloin on mahdollisuus käydä kaupassa. Huonekaveritoiveen voi esittää lipunoston yhteydessä, mutta ne ovat myös vapaasti keskenään vaihdettavissa.

Tapahtuma ei ole esteetön. Vaellukseen vaaditaan liikuntakyky ilman merkittäviä rajoitteita. Myös maasto voi olla osittain haastavaa.

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 1kk tapahtuman jälkeen, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Märkiä tai kosteita löytötavaroita ei säilytetä. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.

Mitä tehdä, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä?
Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Tomi Pirinen, yrityssuhde- ja työelämävastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Vilma Puisto, koulutuspoliittinen vastaava ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Petra Varjus sekä talousvastaava Jasper Julkunen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.
– Tapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön, jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan henkilökunnalle.
– Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Aki Rokkonen ja Senni Saartoala. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät  yhteydenotot tapahtuman ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten joko Telegramissa @akirokkonen ja @sennisaartoala tai sähköpostitse tukiaki@staabi.fi ja tukisenni@staabi.fi.

– Häiritsevästä käytöksestä voit myös ilmoittaa Staabin verkkosivuilta löytyvän häirintälomakkeen kautta. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa.
Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun suostumuksellasi.

Have you always wanted to experience the tranquility of Finland’s national parks? Or perhaps you’ve been looking for an opportunity to get to know students of political science or business? Or maybe you’re simply after an unforgettable hiking experience? Now is your chance once again as we head out on our annual autumn hike!

Staabi will be traveling together with Iltakoulu and Boomi to Repovesi National Park on September 19-20. The trip begins by boarding a bus in front of Tampere Hall, and the hike is scheduled to start by noon. The planned route is approximately 15-20 kilometers long, so there will be plenty of hiking, but the pace and breaks will be adjusted to suit everyone.

After the hike, we will take the bus to our accommodation, which offers rooms for groups of 2-4 people, as well as opportunities to shower and enjoy a sauna. Breakfast is included in the accommodation, and after breakfast we will travel back to Tampere, arriving by the afternoon of September 20. In the evening, we will provide barbecue food and other snacks in the accommodation, but food for the hike and bus journey is at your own expense. We will make at least one stop during the trip, giving participants the opportunity to visit a grocery store.

Please note that this event is not fully accessible. Participation in the hike requires sufficient physical mobility without significant limitations. Parts of the terrain may also be challenging.

Found items from Staabi’s events are stored for a month after the event, after which they are disposed of using recycling opportunities. Wet items will be disposed of immediately. Valuables are delivered to the police.

What to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?

– For incidents of harassment, bullying and inappropriate situations, members of the feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Tomi Pirinen (Chairperson), Vilma Puisto (Corporate Relations and Working Life Contacts Manager and Vice-Chairperson), Petra Varjus (Educational Policy Manager and Equality Manager), and Jasper Julkunen. (Financial & Data Protection Manager). If the members of the feedback group are not present, you can contact another board member.
– Bars that function as afterparties of events are not part of Staabi’s official operating environment, in which case disturbing behavior should be reported primarily to the restaurant’s staff.
– Outside the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Aki Rokkonen and Senni Saartoala. The support person handle contacts outside the events and are best reached on Telegram @akirokkonen and @sennisaartoala or by e-mail tukiaki@staabi.fi and tukisenni@staabi.fi.
– If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, phone or using TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.
– You can also report disruptive behavior via the harassment form found on Staabi’s website. Harassment forms go to the equality officer and can only be read by the equality officer.
