Oletko oman elämäsi James Bond? Tai nautitko muuten vain pokerista? Epäiletkö osaavasi pitää pokerinaamaa paremmin kuin muut staabit? Vai kenties kiinnostaisiko viimein oppia pokerin pelaamisen salat ja ryhtyä pokeriammattilaiseksi?

Tätä kaikkea ja enemmän voit tehdä staabin pokeri-illassa! Tapahtumaan voi osallistua, vaikka pokeri pelinä ei olisi entuudestaan tuttu. Iltapäivän aikana on mahdollisuus pelata hieman rennommin, tai jos olet entuudestaan ammattilainen, voi siirtyä suoraan pelaamaan kunnolla. Joten pistä pokeri-ilme naamalle ja tule pelailemaan!

Tapahtuma ei ole täysin esteetön. Tilaan tultaessa on pieni kynnys. Rakennuksesta löytyy inva wc ja kerrokseen pääsee hissillä.

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 1kk tapahtuman jälkeen, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Märkiä tai kosteita löytötavaroita ei säilytetä. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.

Mitä tehdä, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä?
Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Tomi Pirinen, yrityssuhde- ja työelämävastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Vilma Puisto, koulutuspoliittinen vastaava ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Petra Varjus sekä talousvastaava Jasper Julkunen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.
– Tapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön, jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan henkilökunnalle.
– Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Aki Rokkonen ja Senni Saartoala. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät yhteydenotot tapahtuman ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten joko Telegramissa @akirokkonen ja @sennisaartoala tai sähköpostitse tukiaki@staabi.fi ja tukisenni@staabi.fi.
– Halutessasi voit myös ottaa yhteyttä TREY:n häirintäyhdyshenkilöön sähköpostilla, puhelimitse tai TREYn häirintälomakkeella. Yhteystiedot löytyvät TREYn verkkosivuilta.
– Häiritsevästä käytöksestä voit myös ilmoittaa Staabin verkkosivuilta löytyvän häirintälomakkeen kautta. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa.
Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun suostumuksellasi.

WHY? Because spending time together and playing poker is fun!
WHAT DOES IT COST? Nothing!
WHAT TO WEAR? Normal casual clothes. If you want to dress up more formally according to the theme, it is more than welcome!

Are you the James Bond of your own life? Or do you just enjoy poker? Do you suspect you can keep a better poker face than other Staabi members? Or perhaps you are finally interested in learning the secrets of poker and becoming a poker professional?

You can do all this and more at Staabi’s poker night! You can participate even if you are not already familiar with poker as a game. During the afternoon, there is an opportunity to play more casually, and if you are already a professional, you can go straight to playing for real. So put on your poker face and come play!

The event is not fully accessible. There is a small threshold when entering the room. The building has an accessible toilet, and the floor can be reached by elevator.

Lost property from Staabi’s events is stored for 1 month after the event, after which it will be disposed of by utilizing recycling opportunities. Wet or damp lost property will not be stored. Valuables will be delivered to the police.

What to do if you witness or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?
– In situations of harassment, bullying, and inappropriate behavior at events, the contact persons are the members of the Feedback Working Group. The Feedback Working Group includes Chairperson Tomi Pirinen, Corporate Relations and Career Officer and Vice Chairperson Vilma Puisto, Educational Policy and Equality Officer Petra Varjus, and Treasurer Jasper Julkunen. If members of the Feedback Working Group are not present, you can contact any other member of the Board.
-Bars used for event after-parties are not part of Staabi’s official operating environment, in which case disruptive behavior should be reported primarily to the restaurant staff.
-Outside of the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Aki Rokkonen and Senni Saartoala. The support persons handle contacts outside of the events and can be best reached either on Telegram @akirokkonen and @sennisaartoala or by email at tukiaki@staabi.fi and tukisenni@staabi.fi.
-If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, telephone, or via TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.
-You can also report disruptive behavior through the harassment form found on the Staabi website. Harassment forms are sent to the Equality Officer and can only be read by the Equality Officer.
Experiences are individual and measures are case-specific. Every contact is handled confidentially and further measures will be taken only with your consent.
