MUUTA? Tilaisuudessa on tarjolla pientä syötävää. Kokous on kuitenkin pitkä, joten varautua kannattaa myös omin eväin.

Miltä näyttää Staabin vuosi 2027? Nyt on tilaisuutesi vaikuttaa sillä Staabin vuoden ylivoimaisesti tärkein tapahtuma eli sääntömääräinen syyskokous järjestetään 11.11.2026.

Yhdistyksessä ylintä päätösvaltaa käyttää yhdistyksen kokous. Sääntömääräisessä syyskokouksessa hyväksytään vuoden 2027 toimintasuunnitelma, talousarvio sekä valitaan hallituksen jäsenet vuodelle 2027. Lisäksi kokouksessa päätetään jäsenmaksun suuruus tilikaudelle 2027, jonka lisäksi tämän vuoden syyskokouksen esityslistalla on yksi ohjesääntömuutos. Syyskokous on sinun mahdollisuutesi vaikuttaa siihen millainen vuodesta 2027 muodostuu.

Monelle kokouksen ehdoton kohokohta on hallituksen valinta vuodelle 2027. Mikäli olet itse asettumassa ehdolle, tämä kokous voi olla elämäsi merkittävimpiä iltoja! Vaikka et aikoisi asettua itse ehdolle, on paikalle saapuminen silti enemmän kuin kannattavaa sillä pääset käyttämään ääntäsi ja äänestämään hallituksen kokoonpanosta. Jokainen ääni on voi olla ratkaiseva, sillä äänestystulokset ratkeavat usein hyvinkin pienillä marginaaleilla.

Vuoden 2026 hallituslaiset vastaavat mielellään kysymyksiisi mikäli sinulla on mietteitä johonkin tiettyyn hallituspestiin liittyen! Mikäli sinulla on kysyttävää yleisesti hallitushakuun tai -toimintaan liittyen, voit lähettää niitä yhdistyksen puheenjohtajalle Tomi Piriselle sähköpostitse puheenjohtaja@staabi.fi tai Telegramissa @tomipirinen.

Kokouksessa äänioikeutettuja ovat kaikki Staabi ry:n varsinaiset jäsenet. Varauduthan todistamaan jäsenyytesi, jäsenyys tarkastetaan kokoukseen saapuessa. Kokouksen kokouskutsu ja esityslista liitteineen on toimitettu kaikille jäsenille 30.10.2026, eli yli 10 päivää ennen kokousta yhdistyksen sääntöjen mukaisesti yhdistyksen verkkosivuilla sekä yhdistyksen sähköpostilistalla STAABI-INFO. Valitettavasti kokoukseen ei ole mahdollista osallistua etäyhteyksin. Kokouksen liveseuranta toteutetaan Telegramin kautta sille tarkoitetulla kanavalla, johon pääset tästä linkistä.

Kokous järjestetään yliopiston tiloissa, joten alkoholin nauttiminen ei ole sallittua.

Ehdolle hallitukseen voi asettautua 30.10.2026 lähtien. Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu lähettämällä sähköposti osoitteeseen puheenjohtaja(at)staabi.fi. Sähköpostissa tulee mainita oma nimi, ja vaali tai vaalit, johon tai joihin haluaa asettautua ehdolle. Ehdolle kuhunkin vaaliin voi asettautua myös vielä syyskokouksessa joko omasta tai jonkun toisen ehdotuksesta. Ennakkoon ehdolle asettuminen päättyy 10.11.2026 klo 23.59. Huomaattehan, että mikäli hallituksen esitys vaalienkäymisjärjestyksestä hyväksytään, voidaan vaalit käydä toisessa järjestyksessä, kuin miten ne ovat esityslistalla ylempänä.

Hallitusehdokkaat pääsevät tänäkin vuonna halutessaan esittäytymään jo ennen syyskokousta! Oheisen Google Forms – lomakkeen kautta voitte halutessanne kertoa itsestänne sekä liittää kuvan. Lomakkeella annetut tiedot välitetään yhdistyksen verkkosivuille, josta ne ovat katsottavissa pienen viiveen jälkeen. Huomaattehan, ettei tämä ole pakollista, ja hallitukseen ehdolle asetutaan virallisesti yllä olevalla tavalla. Esittelyt voitte jättää Forms -lomakkeelle tämän linkin kautta. Ennakkoon lähetetyt hakemukset löytyvät Staabin verkkosivuilta tämän linkin kautta.

*Business formal -pukukoodilla tarkoitetaan virallista ja siistiä arkipukeutumista, joka soveltuu esimerkiksi työtapaamisiin, kokouksiin ja palavereihin. Älä kuitenkaan stressaa liikaa! Myös normaali siisti arkipukeutuminen riittää.

Esteettömystiedot: Tilaan on esteetön kulku ja salin alaosa on esteetön. Rakennuksessa on inva-wc. Tilaisuudessa käytetään mikrofoneja. Tapahtumien kestävyyden huomioimisesta saat halutessasi tietoa tapahtuman järjestäjältä puheenjohtaja Tomilta (TG tomipirinen).

Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Tomi Pirinen, yrityssuhde- ja työelämävastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Vilma Puisto, koulutuspoliittinen vastaava ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Petra Varjus sekä talousvastaava Jasper Julkunen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.
– Tapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön, jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan henkilökunnalle.
– Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Aki Rokkonen ja Senni Saartoala. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät  yhteydenotot tapahtuman ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten joko Telegramissa @akirokkonen ja @sennisaartoala tai sähköpostitse tukiaki@staabi.fi ja tukisenni@staabi.fi.

– Häiritsevästä käytöksestä voit myös ilmoittaa Staabin verkkosivuilta löytyvän häirintälomakkeen kautta. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa.
Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun suostumuksellasi.

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään kuukauden ajan toimistolla. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.

OTHER INFORMATION? Light refreshments will be served at the event. However, as the meeting is quite long, you may also wish to bring your own snacks.

What will Staabi’s year 2027 look like? Now is your chance to make an impact, as Staabi’s most important event of the year, the Statutory Autumn Meeting, will take place on 11 November 2026.

Within the association, the highest decision-making authority rests with the General Meeting. At the Statutory Autumn Meeting, members will approve the 2027 Action Plan and Budget and elect the Board members for 2027. In addition, the meeting will determine the membership fee and supporting membership fee for the 2027 financial year. This year’s agenda also includes one amendment to the association’s regulations. The Autumn Meeting is your opportunity to influence what the year 2027 will look like.

For many members, the absolute highlight of the meeting is the election of the Board for 2027. If you are planning to run for a position yourself, this meeting could be one of the most significant evenings of your student life. Even if you do not intend to run, attending is still highly worthwhile, as you will be able to exercise your vote and help decide the composition of the Board. Every vote can be decisive, as election results are often determined by very narrow margins.

The Board members of 2026 are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding specific Board positions. All full members of Staabi ry are entitled to vote at the meeting. Please be prepared to verify your membership, as membership status will be checked upon arrival. The meeting notice and agenda, together with their appendices, were distributed to all members on 30 October 2026, more than ten days before the meeting, in accordance with the association’s rules, via the association’s website and the STAABI-INFO mailing list. Unfortunately, remote participation is not possible. A live text-based follow-up of the meeting will be provided via Telegram on the dedicated channel, join the channel using this link.

The meeting will be held on university premises, and the consumption of alcohol is therefore prohibited.

It is possible to stand as a candidate for the Board starting from 30 October 2026. To do so, send an email to puheenjohtaja@staabi.fi. The email should include your name and the election or elections in which you wish to stand as a candidate. Candidates may also be nominated during the Autumn Meeting, either by themselves or by another member. Advance candidacy submissions close on 10 November 2026 at 11:59 PM. Please note that if the Board’s proposal regarding the order of elections is approved, elections may be held in a different order from that listed on the agenda.

As in previous years, Board candidates may introduce themselves before the Autumn Meeting. Through the Google Forms link below, you may provide information about yourself and include a photograph if you wish. The submitted information will be published on the association’s website after processing. Please note that filling out the form is entirely optional, and official candidacy is established only through the procedure described above. Candidate introductions can be submitted via this form. Advance candidate profiles can be viewed on Staabi’s website through this link.

* Business Formal refers to neat and professional everyday business attire suitable for work meetings, conferences, and similar occasions. However, there is no need to stress too much about it. Regular smart casual attire is also perfectly acceptable.

Found items from Staabi’s events are stored for a month after the event, after which they are disposed of using recycling opportunities. Wet items will be disposed of immediately. Valuables are delivered to the police.

What to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?
– For incidents of harassment, bullying and inappropriate situations, members of the feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Tomi Pirinen (Chairperson), Vilma Puisto (Corporate Relations and Working Life Contacts Manager and Vice-Chairperson), Petra Varjus (Educational Policy Manager and Equality Manager), and Jasper Julkunen. (Financial & Data Protection Manager). If the members of the feedback group are not present, you can contact another board member.
– Bars that function as afterparties of events are not part of Staabi’s official operating environment, in which case disturbing behavior should be reported primarily to the restaurant’s staff.
– Outside the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Aki Rokkonen and Senni Saartoala. The support person handle contacts outside the events and are best reached on Telegram @akirokkonen and @sennisaartoala or by e-mail tukiaki@staabi.fi and tukisenni@staabi.fi.
– If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, phone or using TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.
– You can also report disruptive behavior via the harassment form found on Staabi’s website. Harassment forms go to the equality officer and can only be read by the equality officer.
