Olisiko sinusta mukavaa viettää rento, mutta kulttuurintäyteinen iltapäivä muiden staabien kanssa hienojen näyttelyiden äärellä? Nyt siihen on mahdollisuus, sillä staabi lähtee Vapriikkiin osana hyvinvointiviikkoa! Luvassa on siis hienoja näyttelyitä, sekä pienimuotoinen kilpailu, josta voi voittaa erinomaisia palkintoja. Eli vaikka paikka olisi entuudestaan tuttu, suositellaan osallistumista mainion seuran, sekä kyseisen kisan vuoksi. Vapriikista löytyy monia erilaisia näyttelyitä, joista varmasti löytyy jokaiselle jotain kiinnostavaa!
Tapahtuman alkuun kokoonnumme sisäänkäynnin läheisyydessä, jossa saatte ohjeet kilpailuun.

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 1kk tapahtuman jälkeen, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Märkiä tai kosteita löytötavaroita ei säilytetä. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.
Näyttelytiloihin löytyy esteetön sisäänkäynti (Kynnys max 2,5cm Loiva luiska Ovien ja kulkuväylien leveys vähintään 85cm), sekä hissejä. Vapriikissa on esteettömät wc-tilat sekä ensimmäisessä että toisessa kerroksessa. 1. kerroksen esteetön wc sijaitsee aulassa, lipunmyynnin oikealla puolella sekä auditorion vieressä vasemmalla. 2. kerroksen esteetön wc löytyy kokoustilojen läheisyydestä sekä Luonnontieteellisen museon näyttelyalueelta. Esteettömyystiedot: Oven leveys vähintään 80 cm Vapaata tilaa kääntymiseen vähintään 1,5 m Wc-istuimen vieressä tilaa vähintään 80 cm
Mitä tehdä, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä?Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Tomi Pirinen, yrityssuhde- ja työelämävastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Vilma Puisto, koulutuspoliittinen vastaava ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Petra Varjus sekä talousvastaava Jasper Julkunen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.– Tapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön, jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan henkilökunnalle.– Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Aki Rokkonen ja Senni Saartoala. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät yhteydenotot tapahtuman ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten joko Telegramissa @akirokkonen ja @sennisaartoala tai sähköpostitse tukiaki@staabi.fi ja tukisenni@staabi.fi.– Halutessasi voit myös ottaa yhteyttä TREY:n häirintäyhdyshenkilöön sähköpostilla, puhelimitse tai TREYn häirintälomakkeella. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa.Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun suostumuksellasi.

Would you like to spend a relaxed but culture-filled afternoon with other staabis surrounded by great exhibitions? Now you have the chance, as staabi goes to Vapriikki as part of the wellbeing week! There will be great exhibitions as well as a small-scale competition where you can win excellent prizes. So even if the place is already familiar, participation is recommended because of the great company and the competition in question. From Vapriikki you can find many different exhibitions, from which there is surely something interesting for everyone!
At the beginning of the event, we gather near the entrance, where you will get instructions for the competition.

Lost property from Staabi’s events is kept for 1 month after the event, after which it is disposed of by utilizing recycling opportunities. Wet or moist lost property is not kept. Valuables are delivered to the police.
For the exhibition spaces there is an accessible entrance (Threshold max 2.5cm Gentle ramp Width of doors and corridors at least 85cm), as well as elevators. In Vapriikki there are accessible toilet facilities on both the first and second floors. The 1st floor accessible toilet is located in the lobby, on the right side of the ticket sales and next to the auditorium on the left. The 2nd floor accessible toilet can be found near the meeting rooms and in the Natural History Museum exhibition area. What to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?– For incidents of harassment, bullying and inappropriate situations, members of the feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Tomi Pirinen (Chairperson), Vilma Puisto (Corporate Relations and Working Life Contacts Manager and Vice-Chairperson), Petra Varjus (Educational Policy Manager and Equality Manager), and Jasper Julkunen. (Financial & Data Protection Manager). If the members of the feedback group are not present, you can contact another board member.– Bars that are continuations of events are not part of Staabi’s official operating environment, in which case disturbing behavior should be reported primarily to the restaurant’s staff.– Outside the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Aki Rokkonen and Senni Saartoala. The support person handle contacts outside the events and are best reached on Telegram @akirokkonen and @sennisaartoala or by e-mail tukiaki@staabi.fi and tukisenni@staabi.fi.– If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, phone or using TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.– You can also report disruptive behavior via the harassment form found on Staabi’s website. Harassment forms go to the equality officer and can only be read by the equality officer.Experiences are individual and measures are case-specific. Every contact is treated confidentially and further measures are taken only with your consent.
