Onko koirasi kyllästynyt olemaan sisätiloissa? Kaipaako koirasi muihin koiriin tai ihmisiin tutustumista? Vastasiko koirasi kysymyksiin kyllä? Tämä tapahtuma on juuri sinulle ja koirallesi! Entä kaipaatko SINÄ lisää koirien kanssa ulkoilua? Oletko kaikkien koirien paras ystävä? Tämä tapahtuma on MYÖS sinulle!

Tapahtumaan pääset mukaan parhaiten liittymällä mukaan viimeistään klo 15 Hervannassa Insinöörinkadulla Hervannan kirjaston eteläpuolella kokoontumispaikallamme. Siitä kävelemme yhdessä Ahvenisjärven koirapuistoon. Tapahtumaan voi tulla myös suoraan koirapuistoon, jossa on sekä pienten koirien että isompien koirien puoli. Muistetaan myös kysyä koiran omistajalta aina lupa koiran rapsuttamiseen. Koirapuistossa koirat saavat juosta ja temmeltää vapaasti!

Tapahtumaan voi tuoda myös kaverin ja koirakaverin esim. toisesta ainejärjestöstä! Koirapuistot ovat kuitenkin julkista tilaa.

HUOMIO! Kokoontumisessa tärkeintä on, että koirasi on varmasti kiinni hihnassa ja koirasi tottelee sinua riittävän hyvin, jotta kävely koirapuistoon sujuu hyvin. Älä tuo mukaan sellaista koiraa, joka voi olla vaaraksi muille ihmisille tai koirille. Tutustu myös koirapuiston omiin sääntöihin ja noudata niitä tarkasti. Näin varmistamme kaikille mukavan koirapuistokäynnin!

Tapahtuma ei ole esteetön. Koirapuistoon mennään portin kautta, josta ei välttämättä mahdu kulkemaan pyörätuolilla. Koirien temmellystä näkee kuitenkin hyvin myös aitauksen ulkopuoleltakin.

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 1kk tapahtuman jälkeen, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.Mitä tehdä, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä?
– Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Magdalena Honkasalo, koulutuspoliittinen vastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Veera Saukkonen, tuutor- ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Sallamari Roti sekä yrityssuhde- ja työelämävastaava Tomi Pirinen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.
– Tapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön, jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan henkilökunnalle.
– Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Anni Kalmari ja Selma Murtonen. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät  yhteydenotot tapahtuman ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten joko Telegramissa @annikalmari ja @selmisss tai sähköpostitse tukianni@staabi.fi ja tukiselma@staabi.fi.
– Halutessasi voit myös ottaa yhteyttä TREY:n häirintäyhdyshenkilöön sähköpostilla, puhelimitse tai TREYn häirintälomakkeella. Yhteystiedot löytyvät TREYn verkkosivuilta.
– Häiritsevästä käytöksestä voit myös ilmoittaa Staabin verkkosivuilta löytyvän häirintälomakkeen kautta. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa.

Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun suostumuksellasi.

WHY? Because dogs are wonderful and important to our well-being!

Is your dog tired of being indoors? Does your dog miss meeting other dogs or people? Did your dog answer yes to the questions? This event is just for you and your dog! And do YOU ​​miss more outdoor activities with dogs? Are you the best friend of all dogs? This event is ALSO for you!

The best way to join the event is to join us at 15:00 at the latest in Hervanta, Insinöörinkatu, south of the Hervanta library, at our meeting point. From there we will walk together to the Ahvenisjärvi dog park. You can also come to the event directly to the dog park, which has both a small dog and a larger dog section. Remember to always ask the dog owner for permission to pet their dog. Dogs are allowed to run and have fun freely in the dog park!

You can also bring a friend and a dog friend, e.g. from another student organization, to the event! However, dog parks are public space.

ATTENTION! The most important thing when gathering is that your dog is definitely on a leash and that your dog obeys you well enough so that the walk to the dog park goes well. Do not bring a dog that could be a danger to other people or dogs. Also familiarize yourself with the dog park’s own rules and follow them carefully. This way we ensure a pleasant visit to the dog park for everyone.

What to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?
– For incidents of harassment, bullying and inappropriate situations, members of the feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Magdalena Honkasalo (Chairperson), Veera Saukkonen (Educational policy manager and Vice-Chairperson), Sallamari Roti (Tutoring and Equality Manager), and Tomi Pirinen (Business Relations and Employment Affairs Manager). If the members of the feedback group are not present, you can contact another board member.
– Bars that are continuations of events are not part of Staabi’s official operating environment, in which case disturbing behavior should be reported primarily to the restaurant’s staff.
– Outside the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Anni Kalmari and Selma Murtonen. The support person handle contacts outside the events and are best reached on Telegram @annikalmari and @selmisss or by e-mail tukianni@staabi.fi and tukiselma@staabi.fi.
– If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, phone or using TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.
– You can also report disruptive behavior via the harassment form found on Staabi’s website. Harassment forms go to the equality officer and can only be read by the equality officer.
Experiences are individual and measures are case-specific. Every contact is treated confidentially and further measures are taken only with your consent.

Found objects from Staabis events are kept for 1 month after the event, after which they are recycled and disposed of. Valuables are handed over to the police.
