MITÄ PUETAAN PÄÄLLE? Jotain rentoa vaatetta

Onko jouluna pelatuista lautapeleistä tullut jo vieroitusoireita? Onko kaiken aherruksen ja juhlimisen välissä tarvetta rennolle hengailulle? Oletko aina halunnut haastaa muiden staabien tietämystä esimerkiksi Smart 10:ssä? Nyt siihen on mahdollisuus, sillä Staabilaisten yhteinen lautapeli-ilta tulee taas! Toimistolla on useita erilaisia pelejä jai voit myös mahdollisuuksien mukaan tuoda omia lautapelejä, joita olet aina halunnut pelata muiden staabien kanssa. Tarjolla on kahvia ja pientä purtavaa, sekä tietenkin hyvää seuraa.

Tapahtuma ei ole täysin esteetön. Toimiston sisäänkäynnissä on kynnys. Tilan läheisyydessä on inva wc.

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 1kk tapahtuman jälkeen, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.

Mitä tehdä, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä?

• Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Tomi Pirinen, yrityssuhde- ja työelämävastaava sekä varapuheenjohtaja Vilma puisto, koulutuspoliittinen- ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Petra Varjus sekä talousvastaava Jasper Julkunen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.
• Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Aki Rokkonen  ja Senni Saartoala. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät  yhteydenotot tapahtuman ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten  Telegramissa @akirokkonen ja @Sennisaartoala
• Halutessasi voit myös ottaa yhteyttä TREY:n häirintäyhdyshenkilöön sähköpostilla, puhelimitse tai TREYn häirintälomakkeella. Yhteystiedot löytyvät TREYn verkkosivuilta.
• Häiritsevästä käytöksestä voit myös ilmoittaa Staabin verkkosivuilta löytyvän häirintälomakkeen kautta. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa. Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun suostumuksellasi.

WHY? Because in the midst of everything else, it’s good to unwind with great games!
WHAT DOES IT COST? Nothing!
WHAT TO WEAR? Something comfortable and casual

Have the board games you played over Christmas already left you with withdrawal symptoms? In between all the hard work and celebrations, do you feel the need for some laid-back hanging out? Have you always wanted to challenge other Staabi members’ knowledge in games like Smart 10? Now you can—Staabi’s shared board game night is back!

There will be a variety of games available at the office. You are also welcome, if possible, to bring your own board games that you’ve always wanted to play with other Staabi members. Coffee and small snacks will be available and, of course, great company.

The event is not fully accessible. There is a threshold at the entrance to the office. There is an invalid toilet near the facility.

Found items from Staabi’s events are stored for one month after the event, after which they are disposed of using recycling opportunities. Valuables are delivered to the police.

What to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?

• For incidents of harassment, bullying and inappropriate situations, members of the feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Tomi Pirinen (Chairperson), Petra Varjus (Educational Politics and equality Manager), Jasper Julkunen  (Finance Manager), and Vilma puisto (Corporate relations and working life manager and Vice-Chairperson). If the members of the feedback group are not present, you can contact another board member.
• Outside the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Aki Rokkonen and Senni Saartoala. The support person handle contacts outside the events and are best reached on Telegram @akirokkonen  and @Sennisaartoala
• If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, phone or using TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.- You can also report disruptive behavior via the harassment form found on Staabi’s website. Harassment forms go to the equality officer and can only be read by the equality officer. Experiences are individual and measures are case-specific. Every contact is treated confidentially and further measures are taken only with your consent.
