Hei aikuisopiskelija! Tule tutustumaan uusiin opiskelukavereihin tai morjestamaan vanhoja tuttuja. Aloitellaan uutta lukuvuotta, vaihdetaan kuulumisia ja pelataan matalan kynnyksen pelejä. Ennen kaikkea hengaillaan ja istutaan iltaa yhdessä. Tapahtuma kestääkin sen verran, kuin mielenkiintoa riittää. Yhteinen ohjelma alkaa 17.30.

Illanvietto on kaikille hallintotieteiden aikuisopiskelijoille riippumatta siitä, mihin tuutorryhmään kuuluu. Ikärajaa ei ole, vaan kiinnostus aikuisemman tunnelman opiskelijatapahtumiin riittää. Tapaamme kabinetissa pubin perällä (kirjastohuone). Pubin keittiöstä voi itse tilata ruokaa. Ei ilmottautumisia, sen kun tuut mukaan. Tapaamisiin!

Staabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 1kk tapahtuman jälkeen, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille.

Mitä tehdä, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä?
– Tapahtumissa häirintä-, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä
toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja
Magdalena Honkasalo, koulutuspoliittinen vastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Veera
Saukkonen, tuutor- ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Sallamari Roti sekä yrityssuhde- ja
työelämävastaava Tomi Pirinen. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla, voit
ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.
– Tapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön,
jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan
henkilökunnalle.
– Tapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii
Anni Kalmari ja Selma Murtonen. Tukihenkilöt käsittelevät yhteydenotot tapahtuman
ulkopuolella ja heidät tavoittaa parhaiten joko Telegramissa @annikalmari ja @selmisss
tai sähköpostitse tukianni@staabi.fi ja tukiselma@staabi.fi. .
– Halutessasi voit myös ottaa yhteyttä TREY:n häirintäyhdyshenkilöön sähköpostilla,
puhelimitse tai TREYn häirintälomakkeella. Yhteystiedot löytyvät TREYn verkkosivuilta.
– Häiritsevästä käytöksestä voit myös ilmoittaa Staabin verkkosivuilta löytyvän
häirintälomakkeen kautta. Häirintälomakkeet menevät yhdenvertaisuusvastaavalle ja
ovat vain yhdenvertaisuusvastaavan luettavissa.

Kokemukset ovat yksilöllisiä ja toimenpiteet tapauskohtaisia. Jokainen yhteydenotto
käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain sinun
Suostumuksellasi.

The games will be instructed in Finnish only, but you can hang out with others and speak English. In general Finnish people speak quite fluent English, but we do not quarantee that all the conversations happen in English.

Hey, adult student! Come and meet new fellow students or greet old friends. Let’s start a new academic year, catch up, and play low-threshold games together! Above all, let’s hang out and have some good time. The event starts at 17.00 and lasts as long as there is interest. The games start at 17.30.

The evening is for all adult students in the administrative sciences, no matter what group of tutors they belong to. There is no age limit. If you are interested in student events with more adult atmosphere, welcome!

We meet in the cabinet at the back of the pub. You can order food yourself from the pub’s kitchen. No registration needed, just show up! See you in September!

Accessibility. The event is not completely accessible. There are a couple of steps at O’Connels’ door. The meeting is in the cabinet at the back of the pub, and there are stairs. There is no accessible or disabled toilet in the pub.

What to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment?
– For incidents of harassment, bullying and inappropriate situations, members of the
feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Magdalena
Honkasalo (Chairperson), Veera Saukkonen (Educational Policy Manager and
Vice-Chairperson), Sallamari Roti (Tutoring and Equality Manager), and Tomi Pirinen
(Corporate Relations and Working Life Contacts Manager). If the members of the
feedback group are not present, you can contact another board member.
– Bars that are continuations of events are not part of Staabi’s official operating
environment, in which case disturbing behavior should be reported primarily to the
restaurant’s staff.
– Outside the event, you can contact a support person. Staabi’s support persons are Anni
Kalmari and Selma Murtonen. The support person handle contacts outside the events
and are best reached on Telegram @selmisss and @annikalmari or by e-mail
tukianni@staabi.fii and tukiselma@staabi.fi.
– If you wish, you can also contact TREY’s harassment contact person by email, phone or
using TREY’s harassment form. Contact information can be found on TREY’s website.
– You can also report disruptive behavior via the harassment form found on Staabi’s
website. Harassment forms go to the equality officer and can only be read by the
equality officer.

Experiences are individual and measures are case-specific. Every contact is treated
confidentially and further measures are taken only with your consent.

Found items from Staabi’s events are stored for three months after the event, after which they are disposed of using recycling opportunities. Valuables are delivered to the police
