Messukylänkatu 47\nMILLOIN? 18.8. klo 17 (tuutoriryhmän kesken) ja klo 19.30 (Messukylässä)\nKENELLE? Staabin uusille fukseille + heidän tuutoreilleen\nMIKSI? Koska Staabin fuksiviikot alkavat tästä!\nMITÄ MAKSAA? Ei mitään (paitsi mahdollinen\, omakustanteinen ravintolaruokailu)\nMITÄ PUETAAN PÄÄLLE? Vapaavalintaiset vaatteet \nTervetuloa Staabiin! Tässä perinteisessä tapahtumassa Staabin fuksit (=ensimmäisen vuoden opiskelijat) toivotetaan tervetulleiksi Staabiin ja Staabin fuksiviikoille! Ensitapaaminen alkaa oman tuutorryhmän kesken tapaamisella\, jonka sijainnista oman ryhmän tuutorit kertovat tuutoroitaville fukseilleen. Oman ryhmän tutustumisen jälkeen kaikki fuksit tuutoreineen siirtyvät Messukylän työväentalolle\, jossa on vielä yhteistä ohjelmaa. \nTapahtuma ei ole täysin esteetön. Tuutorryhmäkohtaisissa tapaamisispaikoissa saattaa olla portaita – kysy omalta tuutoriltasi tapaamispaikastanne. Myös tapahtuman kestävyyden huomioimisesta saat halutessasi tietoa tapahtuman järjestäjiltä: (@Emmajaakola & @boolipajala). \nStaabin tapahtumien löytötavaroita säilytetään 3kk tapahtuman jälkeen\, jonka jälkeen ne hävitetään kierrätysmahdollisuuksia hyödyntäen. Arvotavarat toimitetaan poliisille. \nMitä tehdä\, jos näet tai koet epäasiallista käytöstä Staabin toimintaympäristössä? \n\nTapahtumissa häirintä-\, kiusaamis ja epäasiallisissa tilanteissa yhteyshenkilönä toimivat palautetyöryhmän jäsenet. Palautetyöryhmään kuuluvat puheenjohtaja Ada Siikaluoma\, kolmiovastaava ja varapuheenjohtaja Ella Lavaste\, tuutor- ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava Magdalena Honkasalo ja projektivastaava Akseli Laiho. Mikäli palautetyöryhmän jäseniä ei ole paikalla\, voit ottaa yhteyttä muuhun hallituksen jäseneen.\nTapahtumien jatkoina olevat baarit eivät kuulu Staabin viralliseen toimintaympäristöön\, jolloin häiritsevästä käyttäytymisestä tulee ilmoittaa ensisijaisesti ravintolan henkilökunnalle.\nTapahtuman ulkopuolella voit ottaa yhteyttä tukihenkilöön. Staabin tukihenkilöinä toimii Riikka Hämäläinen ja Ville Jaara. With your own tutor group at the location announced by your tutors\, and then all together at Messukylän työväentalo\, address Messukylänkatu 47.\nWHEN? August 18th at 5 pm (restaurant meeting) and at 7.30 pm (Messukylän työväentalo).\nTO WHOM? New Staabi freshers + their tutors.\nWHY? Because Staabi’s Freshers’ Weeks start here!\nCOST? Free (except for possible self-paid restaurant meals/drinks).\nWHAT TO WEAR? Casual clothes. \nWelcome to Staabi! In this traditional event\, Staabi freshers (first-year students) are welcomed to Staabi and Staabi’s Freshers’ weeks! The first meeting begins with a gathering of your own tutor group at a location your group tutors will inform you about. After the group gathering\, all freshers and their tutors will move to Messukylän työväentalo for more activities. \nThe event is not fully accessible. There may be stairs at the tutor group meeting locations – ask your tutor about your meeting place. Unfortunately\, Messukylän työväentalo is not accessible\, as the only way inside is via steep stairs\, and there is no accessible restroom. \nFor more information about the event\, you can contact the event coordinators Emma Jaakola (Telegram: @Emmajaakola) and Hanna Pajala (Telegram: @boolipajala) or email tapahtumat@staabi.fi. Valuables are handed over to the police. \n\nWhat to do if you see or experience inappropriate behavior in Staabi’s operating environment? \n\nFor incidents of harassment\, bullying and inappropriate situations\, members of the feedback team are the contact point. The feedback team consists of Ada Siikaluoma (Chairperson)\, Ella Lavaste (Kolmiot Manager and Vice-Chairperson)\, Magdalena Honkasalo (Tutoring and Equality Manager)\, and Akseli Laiho (Project Manager). If the members of the feedback group are not present\, you can contact another board member.\nBars that are continuations of events are not part of Staabi’s official operating environment\, in which case disturbing behavior should be reported primarily to the restaurant’s staff.\nOutside the event\, you can contact a support person.
